About the Client

The Merian Iselin Klinik Basel is an important pillar of the healthcare system in northwestern Switzerland. Its main disciplines are orthopedics, surgery and urology; it is renowned for sports medicine and accredited as a Swiss Olympic Medical Center.

About the Project

New signage had to be installed on the clinic’s façade as part of its expansion. However, since the hospital is located in a residential area, large illuminated lettering was not really possible. Luckily, the client was open to an innovative new approach and opted for a specially designed shadow font.
